In Spain, on orders from €140. In the European Union, from €170. In the United States, from €250, and in Saudi Arabia, from €360. Outside these areas, free shipping with a minimum purchase is not available.

Yes. Under current import regulations, US customs duties and taxes can amount to between 20% and 60% of the order value. We don't have access to the exact amount: it is determined solely by US customs. Before shipping your order, we'll notify you by email and ask for your confirmation. If you'd rather not proceed, we'll refund the full amount. Important: if your order is over €250, we cover shipping and import costs.

Yes. We develop custom silicone stamps with your design or logo. The development cost depends on the complexity of the design and the geometry used. Development includes an aluminum handle, two silicone heads with your design and the full testing process. We currently work with the 3 cm Semisphere (CW2022) or the 3.5 cm egg mold (CW1317). We're open to developing stamps in other geometries, but this involves an R&D process.

The development timeframe is 3 to 4 weeks once the design is confirmed.

We don't make them ourselves, but we can help you source them through our partner Chocolate World, so they work with your stamp.
