Silicone mold with the design of a Strawberry for ice cream popsicles, designed in collaboration with Martin Lippo.
It is made of silicone with an FDA seal and is 100% suitable for food use.
It can withstand a temperatures between -40 °C and +250 °C. So it is suitable for both the freezer and the oven.
Works with standard 10mm wide paddles.
The designs are thoufght with draft angles, radii to facilitate mechanical work and tolerances to avoid generating bubbles inside.
