Silicone mould with the design of a Mango for ice cream popsicles, designed in collaboration with Martin Lippo .
It is made of silicone with an FDA seal and is 100% suitable for food use.
It can withstand a temperatures between -40 °C and +250 °C. So it is suitable for both the freezer and the oven.
Works with standard 10mm wide paddles.
The designs applied for silicone are designed with mold release angles, radii to facilitate mechanical work and tolerances to avoid generating bubbles inside.
